Macarena Rodríguez
Operations Director
Macarena, a graduate in Law and Business Administration, moved to Mallorca for her love of the sea and soon fell in love with the Tramuntana mountain range as well. Her desire to make a difference began early in her career, but it wasn’t until she discovered the world of corporate social responsibility that she found the missing piece to her mission.
At Ético, Macarena leads a diverse range of projects, all united by one common purpose: leaving a positive footprint on as many people as possible. With her leadership, the company takes on new challenges while remaining rooted in its core values, always aiming to create meaningful, lasting change.
Laura Garrido
Director
After years of experience working for large multinational companies in the tourism sector, Laura decided to change her career path and embrace the green side of life. Her passion for nature led her to delve deeper into sustainability, combining her expertise in tourism and marketing with a clear purpose: to inspire people to build a better future. Today, she dedicates all her energy to motivating and guiding others in creating more sustainable environments, firmly believing that the future isn’t something to wait for, but something to be created.
Gonzalo Silvera
Commercial Director
After crossing the ocean and falling in love with the Balearic Islands and the world of tourism, Gonzalo decided to take on the challenge of leading a sustainability project. With a solid background in sales, he combines his experience in business development with internal management and the design of medium and long-term strategies. Passionate about collaborative projects, he is known for his ability to create networks and promote initiatives that drive sustainable development in destinations.
